When Episode 7 of Star Trek Strange New Worlds Season 2 begins I noticed that it starts with an animated scene and I wonder if this episode was a crossover episode with Star Trek Lower Decks because the scene changed the characters to live-action and the intro was also animated too. I first thought I had accidently played a Star Trek Lower Decks episode but it was indeed Strange New Words and the ending was also animated as well. Was this the first ever Star Trek Strange New World crossover episode in history and is there gonna be more in Season 3?

I almost thought I had clicked on Star Trek Lower Decks when I saw this episode of Star Trek Strange New Worlds because the first part was Lower Decks but I was surprised at how well this episode was done and just as I mentioned in my earlier post I do hope we see another Star Trek Strange New Worlds crossover episode with Star Trek Lower Decks in the future
