I am sad to report that my dear friend Bernadette Withers lynch) passed away at 73 yesterday after a brief illness in Texas where she had lived this past year
You’ll remember her as Ginger on Bachelor Father
She was upbeat
Engaging and warm
Our mothers were friends and I went with her on countless interviews when we were children
I worked with her in Trouble with Angels, Father Knows Best and the movie
I’ll Cry Tomorrow
I’m crying today for my dear friend and I wish her peace in her new resting place

This is sad news indeed. I watch this show every Friday with breakfast. Ginger was the last survivor of the Bachelor Father regulars, it's esp. sad when you see these kids who are just kids on TV and to realize how very fast time has gone by to where they are not only old but dying. YIPE, I'm scaring myself.:eek:

Ginger wasn't the prettiest girl on TV but then neither was Kelly, but they were both real, not beauty contest winners just a couple of kid gals. Oh, to turn back time. RIP to the whole wonderful cast.
