Knotts would take Barney Fife over anyone, any day.

This is not surprising to me. Don was 2nd banana on the "Andy Griffith Show" and won five Prime Time Emmys for his role as Barney Fife. And launched his movie career. By the way, Walmart has a nice inexpensive box set by Don Knotts with all of his movies for around $12 . Well worth the money. I'm glad Don joined Three's Company as Ralph Furley.
