I noticed an attachment I did (opening post) in November 2015 is no longer viewable.

When I click "Attachment 205542" it says that attachments been deleted.....

May have accidently been deleted Opus....... Do you remember what it was?? (You could re-upload it)

Unless members delete them, they should still be there.

Did you upload the attachment to that particular thread or was it in a different post? There's no attachment there when you go to manage attachments.

You might have removed it when you tried to link it instead of the normal embedding. It looks like you edited the thread about 5 weeks later (Last edited by opus; 12-28-2015 at 10:57 PM.).

You can see there's no paperclip icon. If you click on the paperclip, you can view the attachments uploaded to a particular thread. The trash can icon means there's deleted posts. Only admins and mods can see the trash can icon.

I can see the logic I used for the written edit but no way am I going to remember if I attempted something with the attachment :shrug:

If you goto your attachment list,is one listed thats blank???

I didnt realise I have 21 attachments!! (Ah man!!)

If you post from YouTube they remove some videos because of copyright claims which would show up as unavailable here, other sites might be the same way.
