"Blue Bloods" Sets Date for Jennifer Esposito's Final Encore

"Blue Bloods" fans will get at least one more visit from original cast member Jennifer Esposito when Jackie Curatola resurfaces early on during the series’ farewell run.

In the second episode of the season, titled “Dropping Bombs” and airing Friday Feb. 23, Danny and Baez join forces with Danny’s old partner, Jackie, when a serial killer reappears.

Showrunner Kevin Wade told me that Jennifer Esposito will once again return for part of "Blue Bloods'" eight-episode farewell run kicking off Oct. 18th.

However, we hear that she will not appear in December’s series finale.
