special things your school does in the beginning of the year?

the third week we have a welcome back parade. it's right after 1st period and we go with our first period class. we sit in the bleachers by the football field, roasting, while the clubs and classes and sports teams walk around. it's soo crowded cuz the whole school is there. it was boring this year. last year was more fun.


and..are you in any clubs?

i was going to join key club, anyone heard of it? it's one of the biggest clubs in the us, so they say. but i don't think i'm gonna join. first off, i don't have time. well, acutally, that's the whole reason. i think i'll just join sophmore steering and help with class events and all.

The first week we get off at 2:15 an hour earlier.

we had a senior parade this year where we were supposed to decorate our cars. but hardly any of the seniors have cars so it sucked.

yeah we have key club... I went to the first meeting. it sucked... i don't really feel like spending so much time attending events and having to pay ten bucks to join so forget that. Anyways im in yearbook, book forum, and periphery (literary magazine).

Homecoming week just ended, but I can care less about all this Homecoming crap cause it's not worth celebrating if all my friends are away at college.

Oh and about the club thing, I'm joining Drama Club in the spring. Fun! Fun! Fun! :D

OK, get this-- at our school we have a Bob Saget Fan Club. I'm not kidding. Or at least we had one least year....I dunno if it's still around.

I'm in more clubs/organizations than ANYONE. I'm involved with 14, total.

we have homecoming, spirit week, autumn fair thing, yeah...

im in way too many clubs- french club, interact, pit orchestra, drama guild, pep band, orchestra, concert band, honors winds, choir, sketch comedy club, seekers, tv studio video club, adagio, newspaper, and dance! ahhhhh, my life is crazy.

The only clubs I'm in are Choir and Poetry Club(it's new.)

At my old high school they always have homecoming and and they would have spirit week. Which was always fun.
