Has anyone whose used Facebook ever dealt with this problem?

Recently, my mother has not been able to access her Facebook account by means of laptop or computer, even though the password is correct and being typed in correctly. I had to help her reset it a few times through the app on her phone (as it's already open there), and for awhile, it was taking the new password(s) upon logging in on a laptop. but tonight, it is not taking any new passwords. It doesn't even recognize her email address to reset the password and does not recognize her phone number when sending a code to reset it.

I've helped her clear cookies and cache and anything I can think of, but nothing has helped. What in the world could be going on? I don't even know where on Facebook to contact them about the matter or if they can/would help.

Oh good luck with that and FB, I'm an older person and can't imagine lasting too long with the stuff you are experiencing....they are trying to drive us to the NutHouse.....I never joined FB....


I had this type of issue with a company I've been buying from for years and it was all about P/W sheetttt, and I told them to shove it and I'll buy from other suppliers....funny things went back to the Old Times.....

I don't know but I've been hearing people are getting kicked off Facebook because somebody else resets their password so they can't get in. I haven't been on Facebook in a few years but I sometimes come across people who have this issue.
