We became accustomed to seeing Patty Duke wearing relatively short
hairstyles on her sitcom, and likewise in later decades. She kept her
hair quite short very late in her life. But let's focus on how she
looked when her hair was at its longest, 1971-72, in an era
when long tresses were very popular among young women.

These first 7 images are all taken from Two on a Bench,
her 1971 ABC-TV movie. Beautiful length and gorgeous natural
color, center-parted with a subtle waviness. Her all-one-length
hairstyle is so pretty:

Patty Duke's character is very sassy in the film. She is a hottie of
the first order, so attractive.

It goes without saying that for me, a women's long hair brushing or combing
scene in any film will always rank among my favorites. And we'll now have
a look at the Patty Duke brushing scene in Two on a Bench. Absolutely
lovely, so nice:

I very much love Patty Duke's look at this time, really admiring
her pretty face.

Here we see Patty Duke's 1972 appearance on What's My Line.
Gorgeous long flowing tresses. A lovely look, brushed back from her
forehead and held in place with a single ponytail holder or barrette at
the back. With her hair at its longest and partially pulled back, she is
so beautiful, very hot:

And let's not forget a year after her show ended she starred in Valley of the Dolls with long hair and yes, with lots of hairpieces and falls!
