When Jan buys a wig, the salesperson is asking her WHY she wants a wig, telling her she doesn't need one, etc.... That annoys the heck out of me. I've always hated when I'm buying something and the person ringing me up or selling it to me asks me a bunch of questions about WHY I'm buying it :mad:

I've bought wigs before and been questioned just like that, I occasionally wear wigs for convenience, as I tend to sleep as late as possible and don't have time to fix my hair for work, so it's easier to just plop a wig on, many days.

I think it was because Jan was so young. Girls her age did not wear wigs. Wigs were stylish back then just like the fake eyelashes were. I dont think the saleswoman would have said that to a grown woman.
