I think we could have a field day with a forum like the one you're proposing...

It’s been a week so I take it consolidating all the award show threads into one board is either a dumb idea or too much work.

Let’s go with dumb idea.

There aren't many award show fans here. All Other TV Shows board already has a bunch of sub-forums, I don't think it needs another one.

It's not a dumb idea. It just seems like it would be a lot of work and time consuming to search 24 years worth of threads to find and move them. There's no easy way to sort and organize 431,066 threads.

It would be more for archival purposes. The Emmys and Golden Globes are usually posted in General Sitcoms/Dramas. The Oscars are in Movies. The Grammys are in Music. The ESPYs are in Sports.

I won't rule it out completely, but there are other individual show boards I would probably add first. I've been sorting the General Dramas and All Other TV Shows sections.

It would be nice if you wouldnt have to do it all yourself buddy :(
