I heard that a restaurant named Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is opening soon in my town and i'm curious to know more about it? Is Raising Cane's supposed to be like Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and Wingstop? Because I did read their most famous items are their many styles of chicken fingers and they sell Texas toast and their famous Cane's Sauce. Has anyone ever tried this place before and would Raising Cane's be worth trying out?

I tried Raising Cane's for the first time in Colorado last Summer and LOVED it. Then I went back home and tried it in the Midwest in both Michigan and Ohio and was very disappointed. It was overly greasy, bland and the signature sauce was not nearly as good. I'm not sure if it was a fluke with these two locations or if it's just bad in the Midwest.

I've had it in Missouri and I enjoyed it.

What is in the Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers Cane Sauce? Does it taste like Arby's Horsey Sauce? That sounds like a sauce my mom would enjoy

Why are they called “Chicken Fingers” when chickens don’t have fingers. Chickens have claws. I have an issue with “chicken fingers” because people are stupid enough to believe that a chicken has fingers. This makes our society even more stupid and it’s stupid enough.

I'm with Caroline on this one. Literally no one is thinking they are actual fingers.

Then there is no reason to call them fingers when they arent fingers. Trust me, many people think that chickens have fingers, and why wouldnt they, when fast food places sell them,

So why are they called fingers then?
