Is it just me, or did the "Ed's Garage" set from "Chico and the Man" reappear (with some cosmetic changes) as the main set in "Taxi"?

I would appreciate it if someone could give me a definitive answer, or point me in the appropriate direction where I can find an answer to this question.

I don't know about Taxi but Chaico and the man and Sanford and son are the same set...the crew would set up for each show as the pther ended taping...but now that you have mentioned it taxi and CATM sets are very similar

Well, I guess this kinda can go here, I just wanted to ask a question. I have been watching a few of the Sanford and Son shows on TVLand lately and a certain background object caught my eye. It looks to me that they have Chico's guitar on display. Now the date on the 3 shows I've noticed it in is 1976 and 1977. It kind of stands up in the background against the stairs. Anyone know for sure if this is really his guitar? If it's not, it certainly looks like it.;)

I should've paid better attention when watching SANFORD at Mikes cousins the other nite. Man, I sure miss having TVLAND...

WoW I'm missing all these goodies.......... Now I have to pay closer attention when I see Sanford and Son.
