In the first season of Chico and the Man, Ed mentioned having a daughter. In the very next episode, we meet her. She’s a nurse, who was planning on taking a job in the Barrio, much to Ed’s resistance. This was her only appearance. Not just that, but Sharon was never mentioned again. Ed never mentioned NOT having a daughter but it just seemed like she was retconned out of existence on the show.
