In the 60's Jimmy Durante became the spokesperson for Scotties Tissues in his only commercial which appears to be from around 1967-68. When the commercial begins Jimmy is playing piano when he starts sneezing and every sneeze causes him to miss notes on the piano and so before he continues playing he reaches for a Scotties Tissue and wipes his nose then the commercial ends with Jimmy Durante playing piano and getting the notes right. I didn't even know that Jimmy Durante did Scotties commercials because he was known for doing Kellogg's commercials in the 60's too

Loved that ad. He definitely had the “schnozzola” (his word for nose) for it.

“Dat’s what I like about a Scotty! It’s a three-sneezah!”
