I always found this episode a bit creepy,I don't know what the writers were thinking about when they wrote it.andy takes quite a shine to opies new friend tre bowden to the point he practically abandons opie, In one scene opie and tre are roughhousing in opies bedroom andy sperates them and says one has to sleep with him opie volunteers but andy picks tre instead, yipes call child protective services.

Yeah, that was weird. Andy should have made Opie sleep on the ironing board between two chairs. But wait, wasn't there an extra bedroom at the Taylor residence? There was when Gomer, Otis, Henry Wheeler and others stayed there overnight.
