Yep. You all heard me correctly. Nick at Nite is presenting a "Charles in Charge" WEEK-LONG marathon from 9-11pm every night (I see Coach didn't get a week long marathon, which is surprising; they had a weekend marathon, of sorts), and also look for a CIC section on the Nick at Nite website. So, this is good and surprising news. As far as I know though, CIC will continue to air at 5:00am and 5:30am 7 days a week in November. Check out the link for a much better description, LOL. Oh, and this morning, CIC started at number one (Well, the second season premiere, skipping the Pembrooke season again).

Yeah I saw that too. I'm guessing Nick at Night only bought a limited number of episodes for a cheaper rate. Possibly everything but seasons 1 and 5? (They just started back to season 2 today without going through season 5). Anyway, I hope that for the marathon they shows some of season 1 and 5 since I need to get those for my tape collection.

Did I ever mention I met Willy Aames in an elevator in Nashville?

Yeah, I thought it was strange they skipped Season 5. I need both of those seasons too for my collection. That's cool that you met Willy Aames.

They bought every episode , even the first season. I think they will show season 5 later, but not sure about season 1.

N@N is finally giving CIC the respect and recognition that it deserves.

Pavanbadal I'm not doubting you, I'm just wondering where you got this info from (if you are at liberty to tell us).

That's cool that N@N will have a week long marathon. I'll be taping those, too.

There was a season 5? I thought the show was on for only 4 seasons (not counting the syndication year between the 1st and 2nd years).

If there WAS a syndication year between the 1st and 2nd years then that would make 5 seasons.

Actually what happened was Charles in Charge was on CBS for the 1st season, then the show came back in first run syndication a year later for 4 more seasons. It was the first network show to come back in first run syndication after being cancelled.

Thanks, Jericho. I guess I just didn't know what I was talking about...what's new. That makes sense - that's why there's 5 years.

The way it works out for figuring the number of seasons for CiC is like this:

The CBS/Pembroke season (1984-85)
The first syndication/Powell season, which started in early 1987.
After that, 3 more seasons (1987-90).

Whoever posted this (just like Harper49) is wrong. There is no CIC marathon. It's your dream schedule!

Brett, NOT to be rude, but I posted this information, and it came directly from TV Land. The TV Land boards. Check them out. It's 100% official, but subject to change. And before you begin questioning me, please, please check YOUR facts.

Well I'm a little dissapointed. There are a few episodes that I haven't seen nick at night play yet, on Wednesday and Thursday. (although they could have been played before I tuned in early September) But the vast majority are episodes they have played at least 2 times in the last month already. Also none of the Penbroke episodes will be featured. Oh well, better than nothing I guess.

Have you guys seen the commerical for the marathon with Scott in it? I'm looking forward to this. I'd love to see the episodes run in order starting with season 1.
