Ok, he's a cross between Joe Pesci and the short guy Louie from Taxi (I hate it when I cant remember names): kinda short, kinda chunky, bald w/ a little brown hair. I THINK he was on a sitcom in the late 80's or early 90's. Anyone know?? Its driving me crazy!:confused:

Noo...its not Bill..or Burt..:( Ahh!! Im going crazy!! lol. I can seriously picture the guy in my head and I know he was on a TV show in the late 80s-90's. He does have the same features though as all those other guys: short, bald w/brown hair, and chubby. Thats all I know. For some reason, the show Thunder Alley popped into my head, but I dont think he was on that show!!! lol
