Continuing my "discontinued kids channels" series today I decided to talk about Noggin (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Noggin_(brand)) which ran from 1999 to 2009 before eventually being brought back as a streaming app. This was heavily requested so I hope you guys enjoy!
