Why doesn’t Disney, who now owns the rights to SO many IPs start doing Muppets parody films again? Their two top Muppet films were parodies of established IPs.

The Muppets are currently (https://www.resetera.com/threads/how-would-you-revilatize-the-muppets.952401/) a brand under the Disney umbrella, and are often sidelined for more important projects from said brand. Secondly, there's no "champion" within Disney that wants to do anything with the IP.

Its probably because they look at the shows they put on Disney+ and use the viewership as a indication of that. I want more Muppets damnit.
