well, Paul Lynde WAS the center square and i don't know of anyone ever filling in for him...Joan Rivers was the star center square of the 1986-1989 John Davidson version and i didn't like her that much. did my favorite, Vincent Price, ever appear in the center? if he did, he's my favorite center square other than Paul Lynde.
