I am male 5 feet 11 inches and my weight fluctuate around 220 pounds. So consider my self about 25-30 pounds over weight. They say when dieting, tummy fat seem to be the hardest and the last to get rid of. And it is very true. My stomach won't budge :D

According to the American Diabetes Association, a waist circumference of 90 centimeters for men and 80 for women indicates central obesity and a high level of visceral fat (AKA hard fat) in our abdominal cavity.

I usually don't go by numbers since everybody's body is different. For example, a skinny guy with big tummy might have the same waist circumference as a big bone guy with little stomach fat. I have tried dieting and it is really hard. Not only one have to cut back on food intake, but one also have include physical activity such as walking to see noticeable results in dieting.

The only sure way to know if you are getting fat is if your cloths seems to be shrinking for no apparent reason :D

I am about 10 lbs overweight. Which isn't too bad. Could be worse.
