"Breaking Bad" alum Dean Norris is joining the cast of "Law & Order: Organized Crime" Season 4, TVLine has learned exclusively.

He will play Randall Stabler, Elliot’s older brother, in a multiple-episode arc. Randall, who left the family when he was young and now is a successful real estate developer, has a long-standing tension with Elliot resulting from an event involving their father.

Elliot Stabler’s reconciliation with his once estranged older brother Randall is taking hold.

Dean Norris, who recurred as Randall Stabler last season, has been promoted to a series regular for the upcoming fifth season of "Law & Order: Organized Crime", which is moving to Peacock after four seasons on NBC.
