On all the other standard definition Season 1 DVD Box sets, it is Attached to the first six episodes of the show & the rest are the same. On the Blu Ray set, it is the same except for more bonus features like I Love Lucy costume and makeup tests, I Love Lucy: The Very First Show” & audio commentary that was taken from the Laserdisc volumes.
