Every holiday season I've noticed that Irving Berlin's White Christmas is a popular movie and I have never understood it's popularity in the first place? Is it because it has a nice feel to it or is it because it has a lot of great holiday songs? My mother saw Irving Berlin's White Christmas once and she found it unappealing. But it seems that this movie has replaced Miracle On 34th Street and It's A Wonderful Life as a classic holiday movie and there was even a Broadway play of Irving Berlin's White Christmas made as well for a short time. And also they keep rereleasing this movie in different Blu-ray and DVD editions too. Is there a huge fanbase of Irving Berlin's White Christmas popping up everywhere?

My favorite Christmas movie of all time will always be It's a Wonderful Life. I've only seen White Christmas maybe three times. It's a musical and it does contain the beloved song White Christmas, so there's that going for it.

It's simply classy.
