If you have something saved on Notepad already, then you X out without saving, is there any way to get it back?? I accidently did it with my brother's homework. Oops! Thanks!

ive done that before and i dont think there is any way to get it back. that really sucks though.

I've taken numerous computer classes over the years, and I don't think you can get it back.

If you were in Word and either the power went out, or the computer froze up and you had to reset it- you could possibly get it back. When the computer came back on, a window would usually pop up that said something like 'The computer was not shut down properly, do you want to go back to your file and save it?' I always got stuck with the computers that froze at any instant, so I did a lot of resetting.

I'll check around Notepad, and I'll see if I can come up with something.
