Eight and a half years after David Letterman signed off as host of CBS' The Late Show, the comedian is returning to the Ed Sullivan Theater. He will appear on the show Monday, Nov. 30, to be interviewed by his successor, Stephen Colbert, for the first time.

I miss Letterman. It was good to see him back.

I can't watch Colbert. I don't think he's entertaining.

It's too bad they aren't bringing back Letterman this week to fill in while Colbert is out.

Logistically and realistically, you can’t just throw Letterman out there when there’s a sudden loss of Colbert.

But for a scheduled Colbert week off sometime in 2024, with months of planning and preparation, that they should do.

Did David Letterman do a Top 10 during his interview?

It’s too bad that Letterman’s career didn’t make it to see Donald as President. The jokes would have been hilarious especially the Top 10.
