Ladies are being given the lecture starting in later 30's but 40 for certain. I got my first 2 in my early 50's and none since and made it to 85 on my terms.

Those big iron machines NEVER felt like the right thing to be doing to my healthy breasts.....

This report today is a very good read for you ladies. Men could learn something too as some of you have women in your lives...

Question what you're being told to do. Use your own good sense,,,,

I have a Mammogram at least every 2 years. The last one that I had a few months ago showed something suspicious and I had an ultrasound done . But it wasn't anything but thick tissue. I will continue to have mammograms. But I think the best thing is to self check regularly.

Glad it was nothing, I wouldn't be surprised if they don't have the ladies back at least another time as nothing is PERFECT in our bodies, it's all very complex....

I'm certain mega amounts of women do NOT do the mamms..and they are just fine.

Also keeping control of sugar intake...cancer cells love sugar.

Years ago the MAIN reason I started with Grape Seed Ex, the panel of experts said this product MAY PREVENT CANCER(S)...I have never forgotten those words...it's like a insurance in my body.
