I just received from Amazon today a bio for Shirley Booth, which includes her stage, movie & tv work.
Shirley Booth: A Biography and Career Record, by David C. Tucker
https://www.amazon.com/dp/078643600X?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
It includes a full HAZEL episode guide, which is the closest we'll ever get to a book about the tv series. In this book I discovered another episode that FETV doesn't carry, in addition to "Hazel's Endearing Young Charms" from S5.
S3 "The Fashion Show", OAD 1/30/1964 (right after "Scheherazade")
Like the other missing episode, I was able to watch it on YT. It includes Dierdre, but her husband Harry isn't in this one. I'm not sure what FETV could find objectionable about it. Maybe it was just left out of the network's episodes. It also didn't include Harold at all (at least not in this version), and from what I've read (and seen), he's in every other episode. He's still credited at tne beginning & end, but so is Whitney Blake in the episodes that she missed.
