A guy on a Website said something like," I went to a Restaurant and the Waitress was terrible. She has a bad attitude and was really slow and the food didn't even taste all that good. I paid just my bill and the tax and didn't leave a tip. I went to my car and was just about to drive off when she RAN to my car and asked me why I didn't leave her a tip and told me she needs my tip because Waiters and Waitresses split tips. I answered her,"I didn't leave you a tip because you were one of the most awful Waitresses I have ever had. You were rude, slow, and the food didn't taste that good. You don't deserve a tip. By the way, you following me to my car basically begging me for a tip is beyond unprofessional and is grounds for me to report you just for this. You're lucky I just want to leave or I'd report you for that alone." She got the point and went back to the Restaurant."
Wow! :eek: That's one of the worst cases of Customer service I have ever heard! :eek:

I'm laughing at a memory from my childhood. I fell on a fence I was climbing (I was stupid, yes) and I gashed my arm. My mother told me the doctor said she should have scraped the skin off the fence and brought it in. I think he was joking, LOL. But that made her so mad. I still have my scar, 15 stitches.

I know a really bad story. A diabetic man was going into shock and his friend asked the bartender quickly to fetch him an orange juice, or any juice. The bartender refused, thinking they just wanted something for free. The man had to go in an ambulance since he didn't get the juice. That is about the worst customer service story I can think of right now.

C/S is 99% worse since the tech world took over. And I can still hear an old boss saying "embrace this world as C/S will improve".....if I could I'd probably slap him but good.

I personally wonder if the Waitress in my OP was just having a REALLY bad day that day and doesn't usually behave rudely or work slowly or chase non tippers to their cars. had a reverse situation where a Customer was extremely rude to me, and the very next day he was like,"I am so sorry. I was extremely rude to you and you were nothing but nice to me. If I were you, I would have cussed me out yesterday." So, maybe she was just having a VERY out of character bad day?
