Why is Macy's doing this to the parade this year? This earlier time change at 8AM is weird and I think this is a sign that the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade is downhill and very shocking that they would start the parade at 8AM when it's traditionally shown every Thanksgiving morning every year at 9PM and ending at noon. I think what NBC is trying to do is make Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade a Peacock exclusive and I can bet this year's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade will get weak ratings due to this shocking surprise and many people will most likely not tune in and watch the parade this year. I also think NBC did this to Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade to save money and make changes to their holiday programming schedule this year. And I bet NBC is gonna no longer have the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade be shown on NBC because as I said earlier this parade will be the last parade shown on NBC and Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parades will be forever be exclusive to Peacock. I think ever since the 2020 parade and 2021 parade and last year's parade this has been the years that the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade started going downhill and has continued to go downhill ever since and that is why I much perfer the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parades from 1990 to 2019 than these new versions of Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. When it comes to holiday programming NBC was once the holiday king of holiday programming but ever since 2020 they went downhill and I can guarantee that this year's parade's audience will be weak
