I remember when Gloria Estefan became a big star with Miami Sound Machine in the 70's but when she released the albums Eyes Of Innocence in 1984 and Primitive Love in 1985 those albums turned Miami Sound Machine into the hottest selling band in history but when she released her first solo album Cuts Both Ways Gloria Estefan was shining bright as a solo artist. But I have noticed that Gloria Estefan is focusing on mostly Spanish language albums and I wonder if she is hoping to attract a newer audience with this new image? Because ever since she released her last English album and a family oriented Christmas album last year it seems that Gloria Estefan wants to retire with this new image. Because ever since she recovered from her bus accident in 1990 and then went on to release the Into The Light album in 1991 Gloria made a stellar comeback with that album but when the album Destiny came out in 1996 Gloria Estefan was focused on ballads and even dedicated a song to her newborn "now grown" daughter Emily which proved that she was trying to copy singer Angelique Kidjo with Destiny's sound. But I think Gloria Estefan should release another English album that's dance-oriented and that album would get well recieved reviews
