Season 4 will feature a The Little Mermaid reunion with the addition of Jodi Benson to the Season 4 cast. She will appear alongside series star JoAnna Garcia Swisher, who portrayed Ariel in live-action form on ABC’s "Once Upon a Time".

Benson will play Iris Maddox, the mother of Maddie’s (Garcia Swisher) boyfriend Cal (Justin Bruening). Fortunately, this won’t be a monster-in-law situation; Iris is described as “amiable, loving and easygoing,” which viewers will see when she visits Serenity for Halloween.
