I voted for Cinnamon. Pine would be my second choice.

Yesterday, I was walking near my house after a light rain, and the scent of the damp, fallen leaves and the sound they made beneath my shoes was so calming, so I'll vote for that!

Yes, some people always associate "pine" with "Christmas",
until "pine air freshener" became very popular for year-round-use. :)

Pumpkin Spice for me

I like the smell of a pumpkin pie in the oven more than I like eating pumpkin pie. The smell of apple pie baking and eating apple pie is similar for me. I love to put cinnamon on my apple pie.
