I'm just curious, especially new members, how you found this website (can be either TGG board or SOL in general).

I found it a couple years ago while searching for stuff on TFOL. I came across it and have been hooked ever since (with the exception of a few months when I got a little aggravated).

Anyone else care to share their stories?

I have no idea. It was so long ago.

Although it was not long ago that I found this site, I don't remember how I came across it.

When I first found this site, I wasn't interested in posting, because I was seeing the same GG episodes over and over. When they finally started showing other episodes, I remembered this site, and joined last month.

I was orginally looking for I Love Lucy message boards and I came across SO. At first I only posted on the ILL and Friends boards. Then I started watching TGG regularly and I started to come here and it has by far become my favorite board on SO. :D

I did a search early in 2000 I think and I remember finding Sitcoms Online and thinking what a great and HUGE resource it was for all sitcoms out there. I came to the message boards and they were really active - I actually felt quite intimidated and didn't join up straight away as all this online chatting thing was very new to me...and I am quite shy :D Didn't join until about 18 months later and here I am. Don't know why I was so worried about joining, everyone is so friendly and they don't bite :lol:
