I remember a discussion on here awhile back regarding Freddie and Andy about the both of them having some kind of confrontation. Can someone please refresh my memory? What actually happened?

I read about this before in a few places. Andy used to play a character called Tony Clifton & when he was dressed up as him never got out of character. Freddie saw him at a comedy club or something & said Hi Andy. Andy got mad & said he was Tony Clifton & don't you ever call me Andy when I am Tony Clifton. He shoved Freddie up against a wall or something. That upset & ticked off Freddie so he shoved him back. Andy said something like Okay, Okay I'm Andy. And they say that was the only time when Andy was Tony Clifton that he ever broke character.

If someone else has more to add I'm sure they will. :)

I think it was Freddie who shoved Andy against a wall, and yes he did bend Andy's arm back--insisting that he admit to being Andy if he wanted Freddie to let him go! Freddie was more upset with the pretense than anything else--I guess that's just the kind of person he was.

Oh okay. It seems as if he loved to provoke people and would then become scared when they would actually retaliate.

I wonder what the expression was on Freddie's face while Andy was in his face.

Freddie's hands seemed as if they were very strong, like if he were to strike the inside of his hand with his fist, it would sound very loud. I'm not quite sure if I'm making sense.

Do you know what I mean?

O I understand exactly what you mean. He had large lands......his fists, I am sure, would have made QUITE an impression.

Definately I bet Andy, or anyone else for that matter would have hated to be on the recieving end of them.

Now I wouldn't mind being on the rercieving end of some serious lip action!

I read in his biography that he used to be picked on and beaten up by the bigger kids when he was little. As he got older, he probably realized his strength and decided to use it to his advantage.I think Karate played a major part in it also.

It seems to me as if he was one of those kids who could palm a dodge ball in gym class. Every class has one of those.

The part of the image where he's looking up is my fav. Awww! :)

But he looks handsome in all of the other images as well. :D
