Earlier this year, I finished watching every single ep.
I liked all episodes, but found only a handful less than satisfying.
They weren't necessarily "dogs," but were of lesser quality, and more like typical TV dramas, with less interesting scripts.
There were only a handful that were less interesting, but even those had good acting.
The least interesting ones were these:
Rossi reuniting a jazz combo.
I didn't like how Lou's character was an "I don't care. This isn't an important story."
-Lou helping a newspaper pal while on a fishing trip
-Billie's wedding.
It was okay, but just. The second time I saw it, I wasn't as disappointed, so it did have some things going for it, but was not up to part of the other stronger eps.
I don't consider any of them stinkers, unlike some of the latter season MASH eps., which suffered from bad writing and overacting.
What were some of your favorites?
It's a great show and feel it was strong enough to run longer, at least another season or so.
