Perhaps you listened to the song Lightning Strikes or Two Faces Have I or the song The Gypsy Cried? Then you might be familiar with Lou Christie. Lou Christie was a very popular singer in the 60's with the earlier mentioned Lightning Strikes that is such a fun song. But what made Lou different from any other singer was that he had a unique voice sounding almost like singer Fantasia and even today Lou Christie performs concerts and has released live albums. I always thought Lou Christie's voice was cool and that gave a unique style to music. I had the pleasure of listening to Lou Christie today and the song Lightning Strikes is such a dance tune that still holds up today

I like how he would sing in his normal voice then go falsetto.

He's very underrated.
