What were you opinions on the "Charlie's Angels" Movie? What were your impressions, did it define or model the series of "Charlie's Angels" in anyway?

My reaction to the movie, was that the movie had actually expressed the angels quite well, I think they created a sense of an double-edge to the movie, which generated a modernized effect and the result made it humerous and dramatic.

I was hoping that Jaclyn would guest star! Or maybe we would finally get to see Charlie!

I liked it, but I still think the TV show is better. The movie did a good job of bringing new angels to life. BTW BonniesLilCutiePie, I hear that Jaclyn will have a cameo in "Charlie's Angels 2: Halo"!

The tv show was better because Jaclyn was in the tv show. :) I am so glad that Jaclyn is going to be in this one though! :) I am going to buy and see this one! :D

I think that the second one will be better than the first one.

I liked the movie & i can't wait until the sequel comes out. I saw a poster for the sequel. I think Cameron Diaz is so cute. Drew Barrymore has really grown up since ET & she is also a cutie. Did anybody see Lucy Liu's movie Ballistic with Antonio Banderas? I wanted to see it cause the previews looked good. That's good that Jaclyn Smith is gonna have a cameo appearance in the sequel. Bernie Mac is also gonna be in the sequel.

Me, I thought the movie outdid the tv version, just on energy alone. Really, you could actually belive that these girls COULD take out an army with their hands tied behind their backs, which is more than I can say for the originals (well, okay, I'll concecde that Jacklyn Smith could, too...but she's the only one...);)

I saw the sequel, and I think it was much better than the first, I thought this movie had more action and suspense I think the angels had many more impossible and unbelievable tasks and most of them they did overcome, Demi Moore played the villain as a former angel. I also saw Jacklyn's cameo in the movie and I must admit I enjoyed her appearence. I highly reccomend it, if you have not seen it yet.

I don't like the movies, because the first thing they should have done was find actresses who could play the original Angels. I kinda feel that they created new Angels JUST SO they can use the actresses that they did use. Another reason is because the Angels hardly fought with their hands, they always carried guns and weapons. Why aren't there any weapons in the movie? They even had to modify the logo to take all of the guns out of it. And plus, they didn't even use an updated version of the theme song. It just seems to me, all they wanted to do was make some movie, throw the title of a classic TV show on it, and try to call it a remake. Same thing with "Josie and the Pussycats."

Exactly JT. Exactly. Actually Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz, and Lucy Liu loved the show... so why did they change everything? At least the movie Starsky & Hutch is about... Starsky & Hutch.

I saw the first film. It was O.K. Not as good as the original series, of course.
In fact, I enjoyed more watching the BAYWATCH spoof of CHARLIE'S ANGELS
("Baywatch Angels," first aired in Feb., 1996) because in that show they did
try to recreate the original characters ... and Alexandra Paul (Sabrina), Pamela
Anderson (Jill), and Yasmine Bleeth (Kelly) really did look like their counterparts,
down to recreating their hair-dos! A good, tongue-in-cheek episode.
