I have heard the story of the guy who played cockroach was asked to leave the show by bill cosby because he would not cut his hair. I find that hard to believe because theo never had a haircut either. So can someone tell me what was really going on?

Well maybe because he didn't like the name cockroach-but i will not buy the story that because he wouldn't get a ahir cut because theo hair was not low at all
