Just days after airing its Season 4 finale — which had drawn a season-high 3.4 million viewers — this A&E drama was suddenly snuffed.

The problem? The season ended with lawman Jim Longworth being shot in cold blood — and on his wedding day to Callie, no less! “I think I know who killed Jim Longworth, but I probably can’t say it for another couple of years,” series star Matt Passmore told TVLine in 2014.

“At the end of the day, ‘Who killed Jim Longworth?’ The network did.”

I think that Ray's mother did it because she was the only person with a good enough opportunity and ability.

God bless you always!!!

How did I discover this show at all when I didn't know of it until after it was cancelled? One of my most favorite singers, Trace Adkins that is, was in an indie film named Lifted that was premiered at a film festival in 2010 and released on DVD the following year. I ran across it in early 2014 when it was shown on TV. I was wowed by one of the leading actors from that film and so I started gathering more of his films. The Glades is another one of his projects and so that is how I found the show. Anyway, Uriah Shelton is who I am speaking of here and he is who gives us the character of Jeff Cargill.

God bless you and him and Trace always!!!

Holly (a day one fan of him)

P.S. Uriah does all sorts of singing in that film named Lifted which is what really blew me away about him. I love his singing so much. :) :) :)
