Off topic: On the Dixie Chicks new cd they did a cover for the song 'Landslide' I think its a pretty good remake. I've heard the original a few times, so I think the Chicks did a good job covering the song.

They are my all time favorite band. I just wish they would release some new material instead of another Greatest Hits package.

I like Fleetwood Mac, too. They are a very original band, IMO. I like "Tusk," "You Make Loving Fun," "Don't Stop," and lots of others.

Fleetwood are great. SAY YOU WILL is a kick-butt cd. Rhino is doing 2-disc remasters of "Fleetwood Mac", Rumours and Tusk, and also the Tango In The Night tour is coming to DVD

Say You Will is a kick butt cd. I listen to it all the time. I cannot wait until the Tango DVD comes out. and they did a taping at one of the shows for this tour so that should be out sometime AND there is going to be a documentry(Sp?) of the making of "Say You Will" coming out before Christmas!! *sqeeee* I can't wait!

I first got interested in Fleetwood Mac when my mom accidently recieved a Fleetwood Mac album and she gave it to me and I just loved it and then I got Stevie Nicks solo debut Bella Donna and started a collection of Stevie Nicks albums as well. Then I got my second Fleetwood Mac album Say You Will and was amazed at it and now I have the Rumours album the Tango In The Night album Mirage and the self-titled album. While Stevie Nicks was my favorite singer in Fleetwood Mac I loved Christine McVie because her voice is so unique and it almost sounds like a fairy tale princess's voice and you don't hear a voice like that in singers today

It won a Grammy in 1977 as album of the year.

Fleetwood Mac had brief success in 1976/1977 with several hit singles, but aside from the hits, their albums are weak and loaded with filler. I purchased the 45 RPM singles and avoided the albums.
