This may just be the actual worst series finale of all time.

Full House did itself no favors by ending with the episode "Michelle Rides Again".

An episode that sees everyone's favorite Tanner fall off a horse and catch a case of amnesia.

That's it.

That's the end.

I thought that the finale episode was well done considering whatever was happening behind the scenes. Also don't forget how the previous season ended which was when a man wants to buy the Tanner house because he lived there during his childhood. Because something like that had already taken place, another idea had to be thought of for when the show really did come to its end.

God bless you and the remaining cast members always!!!

Andrea Barber (who played Kimmy) said that they didn’t find out until about three weeks before they filmed the final episode (https://open.spotify.com/episode/7GpUMIP4nNVsBBP7OMsRDB?si=WWO3xngnTNWjVWFk00KVmg&t=2168&context=spotify%3Ashow%3A3XSmsweXvVf9jqAcMK6Dhw) that Full House was not going to have a ninth season.

“That’s why the finale is so weird. Like, Michelle falls off a horse and gets amnesia. It’s a two-parter. Like, everyone is like, ‘This is such a weird series finale,’ and we’re like, ‘Yeah, we know. The writers didn’t have time to write a proper series finale.”

I wonder if this kind of ties into the long-standing rumor (https://www.google.com/search?q=Full+House+The+WB+Season+9&sca_esv=aa90050c621614d8&sxsrf=ANbL-n6c_C_YY0pJOZQg6f4v4o2a0nnsqQ%3A1781152207862&ei=zzkqaqSYNP2r0PEP09exgAk&ved=0ahUKEwjku4-Frf6UAxX9FTQIHdNrDJAQ4dUDCBA&uact=5&oq=Full+House+The+WB+Season+9&gs_lp=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&sclient=gws-wiz-serp) that had Full House been granted a ninth season, it would've moved from ABC to The WB. Maybe, this can explain at least in part, why the way that Full House actually ended wasn't a truly conclusive finale.

Having Michelle get amnesia and there being very little resolution was a bad way to end the show. I do wish there had been a ninth season and the show got picked up by the WB Network. I think the show would've been very interesting if it became edgier, more teen-oriented instead of family-friendly.
