I just thought of the subject this afternoon, and it's probably not that original of an idea, but has anybody ever tried to make sense of the genealogical history of The Munsters?

Chief among these issues is how a vampire could have a werewolf as a grandson?

Considering what I've learned about classic horror folklore, vampires and werewolves have been waging an underground war on each other for centuries. So it's safe to assume that Grandpa had a wife years ago who was a werewolf and her genes were passed down through Lily.


Perhaps there was something to the family that I missed, or completely forgot about.
