Lori Singer posted on her Facebook page that David McCallum who died today had played her father on VR.5. I have never seen it but sounds good, VR.5 was a sci-fi flop that aired on FOX from March-May 1995. Only 10 episodes made it to air, the last three were unaired. VR.5 needed switched with The X-Files so it could benefit from a strong lead-in (also in fall when X-Files wasn't in so many repeats).
