According to IMDB Ray Fulmer died in June 2013.....looks like they're 10 years late with their update!

Ray was born on Feb. 17, 1933, so if still with us he would now be 90. Thank you for catching that. It's a shame he's gone, and no one has updated his Wikipedia entry to reveal he passed away at age 80.

I would be very surprised if that is accurate. Anyone can submit information to IMDb. They list his death date as June 2, 2013. There's no other source to back it up.

Find a Grave has a page for a Raymond Stover Fulmer who died on November 1, 1941. He was a private in the US Army. Maybe that was his father. Ray Fulmer was born in Philadelphia, so he would have been 8 years old when his father died.

If you do a Google Images search for Ray Fulmer, this is one of the results.

I did a reverse image search for the photo used in the FETV tweet wishing him a happy birthday in 2022.

Raymond Anton Bertoglio died on January 6, 2013.

Thanks for the info on IMDB. I hope you're correct and that Ray Fulmer is still with us. It seems like all the actors on the shows I grew up with from the 50's and 60's are gone now. It's always refreshing to find one or two still around.

I see his Wikipedia page has been updated. It says he died on February 6, 2013, at the age of 79.

I wonder if there's a mention of it in any newspapers from 2013. It seems like anyone can create a memorial page on Forever Missed.

This is a real mystery, there is no concrete information verifying his passing. Hollywood Reporter has nothing, forevermissed has nothing but an easily obtainable publicity photo, no tributes from anyone. Julia Benjamin who played Susie the final season of Hazel released a bio, "Susie... Ain't She A Doozie?, the book was released in 2016, maybe there's some information there. It seems strange there isn't someone around, a family member, friend someone who worked with him who wouldn't be kind of a keeper of the flame. When Lynn Borden died her family released the information to the Hollywood Reporter.

I went to Ray Fulmer's Wikipedia article (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ray_Fulmer), and it finally updated the information about him dying 10 years ago. Here's the reference (https://www.forevermissed.com/raymond-stover-fulmer/about) as proof.

I already posted about it. It doesn't prove anything. It looks like that Wikipedia editor browses new memorial pages for death notices.

Anyone can create a Forever Missed memorial page. Proof would be an obit published in a newspaper in 2013 or an online article from The Hollywood Reporter, Variety or Deadline.

Why do IMDb (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0298435/) (June 2, 2013 at age 80) and Wikipedia (February 6, 2013 at age 79) list different dates? There's something very fishy about the sequence of events.

1. IMDb page is updated.
2. Forever Missed memorial page is created or updated on September 24.
3. Wikipedia page is updated on September 24 using the Forever Missed page as a source.

Obviously I can’t vouch for the accuracy of this, but just to muck things up a bit more, here’s a thing that had him still alive as of June 4, 2018

https://thewritelife61.com/tag/ray-fulmer/

>>>Bobby Buntrock, the youngest member, was the first to die. Only 21, he was in a tragic automobile accident involving a bridge in South Dakota in 1974. That same year, Booth retired to her Massachusetts home. She passed away at age 94 in 1992 after suffering several health problems including blindness and a broken hip. The next year, Don DeFore died from a cardiac arrest at age 80. Whitney Blake died from esophageal cancer in 2002 at age 76, also living in Massachusetts. Lynn Borden passed away in 2015 after an extended illness. Julia Benjamin and Ray Fulmer are still alive.<<<

Bobby Buntrock was not the youngest cast member, he was older than Julia Benjamin.
