You have to surround a young QB with talent. Look at C.J. Stroud vs. Bryce Young. Houston looks like a playoff team. Carolina looks awful.

Yeah, it wasn't if you'd take him over Burrows (of course not), just if you think if we plugged him in there right now how far he could take the Bengals. I remember liking Jake Browning in college but I lost track of him after that.

I guess Zach Wilson was the problem. Their offense doesn't look any better with Tim Boyle. They benched one of their big WR signings. They are in total disarray on offense.

I don't know if Zach Wilson will ever win a Super Bowl or be in the Hall of Fame. I don't think he was put in the best positition to succeed. The plan was for him to learn for a year or two as a backup to Rodgers.

I remember the Falcons drafting a guy named Brett Favre. They shipped him off to Green Bay after one season. The rest as they say is history. He won a Super Bowl and had a Hall of Fame career.

Here’s some possibilities you can shoot down

- never should have let Mike White go. He had some good games last year before the inevitable injury. They could have gone into the season with Rodgers as 1, White as 2, and Zach as 3.

- After the AR injury, get Nick Foles or Carson Wentz (who recently signed with LA) here. We really just needed average QB play instead of bottom of the league. If everyone didn’t know you could easily beat the Jets just by stacking the box because the passing game was no threat, think they’d be at least at .500 right now

- the best move would have been Joshua Dobbs from Arizona. The second Kirk Cousins went down Minnesota made the move to get him, and it was only a swap of 6th and 7th round picks. Has worked out well so far. Good organizations know what to do and who’s out there.

Browning did fine last night. Coaching and system can do wonders for a backup.

Zach's a highly paid professional. You do what the team wants, no matter how lame the organization is. Lots of QBs out there behind not great offensive lines.
