A guy online said something like,"I caught my acquaintance stealing money out of my wallet." I confronted him and he said,"You deserve for me to rob you because you are wealthy and I am broke!" I mean REALLY and SERIOUSLY? One of the worst excuses I have ever heard for stealing money from somebody!

That's the policy of one political party in the US.

This reminds me of that Minnesota couple when caught stealing said this is not a burglary because we were told that everything here would be free.

There was a news report about someone who was arrested for theft. There was a bunch of stuff outside of a store with a sign called something like,"Take Away," so he took some items and was arrested and booked! It turns out Take Away is the name of the store and you were supposed to BUY those items that were outside. He said he thought the items were FREE due to the items being OUTSIDE and the "Take Away," sign. Posters responded stuff like,"The guy had valid points. I might have thought the items were FREE myself and might have ended up in the same situation."

I feel for the guy because Take Away does sound like an invitation. LOL

I know, right? A LOT of Posters feel he has plausible reason in this case.
