Here is some advice...
If you ever teach a friends kids how to play football. NEVER PLAY WITH THEM!!!
I helped to teach a friend of mine's son how to play football (His first season game is tomorrow, he's playing pop warner) and that boy put a licking on me. I have a nice bruise on my side and my ribs are bruised.
You know the worst thing about it??? HE IS ONLY 7!!!! (Man I taught that boy good  ) I learned a lesson, the next time I play with him, I'm putting on some pads

I'll keep that advice in mind in case I ever need it. I hope your bruises get better soon. I guess you can never underestimate the strength of kids. I remember when I was in fifth grade (I think I was about 10) there was this bully in sixth grade who was bugging me at recess when everyone was in lineups waiting to get into the school. Well, I don't exactly remember what he was bugging me about, but I ended up accidentally punching him in the shoulder and when I got into the split grade 5/6 classroom, he was rubbing his shoulder and saying, "That kids' strong." So, back to what I said before, never underestimate the strength of kids. And, I didn't get in trouble with the teacher because the bully had bugged me before. Unfortunately, the bully didn't seem to have learned his lesson because the next year he was back to bugging me again. I have come to the conclusion that jerks are some of the stupidest people alive.
