I heard Zapped with Scott and Willie was the inspiration for CIC. If that's true it's too bad they couldn't of brought Felice Schachter(Nancy, FOL) along for the ride. I thought Scott and her had great chemistry in that film and they should of brought her on at least for a few episodes as one of charles's girlfriends.
