Always happy to see and hear The Monkees. Wish they were on more than once a week.

I'm hoping that Sony has made a newly edited version of the PF available to AXS. The one that's currently in syndication (on Antenna TV, for instance) is annoying. Cutting out songs (the music is an integral part of the show),eliminating entire first scenes (makes it more difficult to follow the plot) or putting the opening credits AFTER those first scenes (it's not the way the show originally aired) just looks wrong. In this age of digital editing, they could do a better job if they just put some thought into the process.
